Dr. Lara Burqan visits the National Security and Crisis Management Center
The Brigadier General and Deputy Chairman of the National Security and Crisis Management Center welcomed Dr. Lara Nabil Barqan, the pharmacist and founder/CEO of Nobles for Sustainable Development, in his office on Tuesday morning, October 15, 2022, in the presence of Dr. Saddam Al-Zoubi, a member of the initiative and its liaison officer with the center. Dr. Barqan was briefed on the departments and divisions of the center and met with its employees.
In a first-of-its-kind initiative and in appreciation of the national effort made by the center, Dr. Barqan donated medicines, treatments, and vitamins to the center’s clinic to be used by its employees. Dr. Barqan also praised the center’s important role in crisis management, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Al-Zoubi emphasized that it is our duty as citizens and doctors to provide all forms of support to the community and support all national initiatives, especially those related to the health of citizens. On behalf of His Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, the center’s chairman, Brigadier General Hatem Odeh Al-Zoubi, honored Dr. Barqan, thanking her for her national work and charitable initiatives to serve our beloved country. He presented her with a commemorative shield and a letter of appreciation and encouragement for her support and cooperation with the center, as well as for her national efforts to serve the local community. He encouraged her to continue giving to serve our dear country and prayed for the safety and well-being of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II.
