The 9th change day (Medicine without Harm)

The nobles for sustainable development participated on Monday morning, 9/19/2022, in the ninth change day with the royal medical services under the title # Medicine without Harm, launched by the Health Institutions Authority, with the support of Abu Hamad Pharmacy and the participation of Sahar Drug Warehouse.

Dr. Lara Burqan, the founder and executive director of the Nobles, gave a lecture on the role of the pharmacist in primary health care. The pharmacist is the first expert on medicine and understands the importance of a patient’s right to access full health care from the moment of diagnosis until they receive the right medicine.

For their part, the Nobles provided healthy nutritional meals and samples of food supplements to Abu Hamad Medicine Warehouse to educate patients and the medical staff on a healthy dietary system. With the participation of pharmacists from Nobles volunteers, the visual artist and one of the Noble volunteers, Asmaa Youssef, shared her beautiful paintings on one of the walls of the hospital garden as a sign of change.
